Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Territory Manager to own P&L responsibility and all sales activities within an assigned geographic region. The ideal candidate will direct direct sales and manage indirect distributor channels to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Additionally, this role includes overseeing and supporting sales representatives in their area.

Job Description:As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will be a key player in ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers in a timely manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Prepare orders for shipment by labeling and organizing packages.

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and updates.

  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

  • Assist with receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and perform physical and repetitive tasks including standing and moving along the line for extended periods.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks that include bending, pushing, and pulling.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
