Apply now, for immediate considerationTitle: Customer Service SpecialistPay Rate: $17-$18.30/hourly (based on experience)Work Location: Tempe, AZ - HYBRID3 days onsite; 1 day remoteDuration: Position is a 6 month contract role with a possibility of extensionSchedule: 40 hours week // 4 x 10 shiftShift days: Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - SaturdayMorning shift: 5am-3:30pm or Evening shift: 6:30am to 5pmStart Date: June 10thRESPONSIBILITIES:Take ownership of candidate contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of urgency and satisfactionInteracting with candidates over email, chat, phone, or SMS to handle escalations/referralsCommunicate effectively in both verbal/written form.Participation in the continuous improvement of the overall hiring processManage and own daily tasks from start to finishPerform administrative tasks as necessaryMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED1+ year of experience as a customer service professional (Face to face interaction and/or call center experience preferred)Over-achiever success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem solving, and collaboration/teamworkExcellent computer skills; strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, chat, and the InternetAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and rotating schedules based on business needsExperience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, such as call center operations, administrative support, customer service, retail, hospitality, staffing, recruiting, human resources or other related fieldRussell Tobin is a leading minority-owned professional and technical recruitment and staffing advisory organization.
