We’re growing crazy fast and are looking for amazing people to join us About The Opportunity We’re building the studio we always wanted to work at — fast-moving, design-led, and trusted by the best in tech. In a short time, we’ve gone from zero to partnering with Amazon, top VCs, and some of the most ambitious startups in the world. Now we’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation of bold, modern brand identities and websites for high-growth startups. This is a client-facing role that requires strong design craft, the ability to think strategically, and the confidence to guide clients through the brand process. You’ll join a small, focused team where your work has direct impact on how tomorrow’s companies launch and scale. What You’ll Do Lead the development of brand identities from concept through execution — including logos, typography, color systems, and full brand guidelines Design and launch websites (Webflow/Figma) that translate brand strategy into digital experiences Present and communicate work directly to clients, helping them make confident creative decisions Balance multiple design explorations with high-level craft and detail Partner with creative directors, strategists, and PMs to ensure design outcomes align with client goals Drive visual consistency across brands, websites, and marketing design projects What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in brand and digital design (agency or studio preferred) A strong portfolio that showcases: Brand identities created from scratch (not just refreshes or marketing visuals) Website design that feels modern, clean, and built for tech/startup audiences Confidence in client communication — you can present work, explain rationale, and guide non-designers through decisions Strong grasp of typography, layout, and composition with a modern, tech-forward aesthetic Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points Experience in Webflow or hands-on website building Motion, 3D, or illustration skills Marketing design experience across campaigns, social, or advertising Comfort working in unstructured, high-growth environments Why Join Nen Creative Be part of a small, fast-growing studio trusted by world-class startups and investors Work directly with top founders shaping the future of tech Clear growth path as we scale — you’ll help define the design practice itself Remote-friendly, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment Healthcare, PTO, 401K How to Apply Please apply using the form and include a portfolio — it’s the best way to ensure we see your work.
