- Great work/life balance with a weekday, outpatient only schedule with a 1:18 shared phone call rotation.
- Provide care for patients of all ages in a small family clinic their patients love. Clinic is located in a multispecialty building with immediate access to lab, diagnostic imaging services, and a variety of subspecialty providers.
- This is a hospital employed position with access to a large, existing in house specialty care referral base.
- Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an ACGME accredited program.
- Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
- 2-3 years of experience is preferred; however, new graduates will be considered.
- The ideal candidate will place a priority on quality of care, patient experience and collaboration.
- Our ideal candidate will be focused on building lasting relationships with their patients as well as strong ties within the community.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed first year salary: $287,476
- Employment bonus, relocation reimbursement & CME allowance

- Cascade Valley Hospital is licensed for 48 beds with a Level IV Trauma Center and a Level II Nursery. The hospital features a full range of services including acute care, critical care, and general surgery. The facility also offers a number of support services such as an in-house laboratory, rehabilitation program, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging.
