Weeghman & Briggs has openings for Active Geolocation Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. Position Description: The Active Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of active geolocation operations. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts. Required Qualifications: The Active Geolocation Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities: Five (5) years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions Current or previous experience and instructor certification in one or more relevant geolocation technologies Must hold an Active Operator Certification, or be eligible for recertification Must obtain one Operator Instructor Certification within 30 days of assignment Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph Desired Qualifications: Current or previous experience as a certified instructor supporting the training and operational support to one or more geolocation technologies Weeghman and Briggs is a company specializing in providing analytical services to Government Agencies and private companies to help them improve their processes.
