The Law Office of Elia and Ponto, PLLC is looking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney to join our high volume, fast paced practice. Primary responsibilities will be to handle 1st and 3rd auto negligence cases from intake through jury trial. This includes pre-suit client relationship management, the demand package process, and negotiations with insurance companies and lien holders. The position also includes reviewing initial pleadings, conducting depositions, extensive motions practice and jury trial.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as an Attorney in Personal Injury Law and knowledge of Michigan No-Fault Law. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task, work effectively with a team, and is tech savvy.
