Position Summary:

Entech Staffing is seeking a motivated and skilled Die Setter to train for a Process Technician role within our injection molding operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in die setting and a desire to expand their skills into process technician responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating the setup of injection molding machines, molds, materials, and processes under the direct supervision of the shift foreman.

  • Perform machine startups and troubleshoot issues related to the molding process.

  • Optimize and troubleshoot complex injection molding processes using various resins.

  • Ensure presses are running at correct cycle times and match documented specifications.

  • Provide expertise in injection molding regarding materials, tools, and equipment.

  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties regarding manufacturing floor issues.

  • Enforce quality production standards to meet customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Verify production counts against work releases.

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Demonstrate a positive team-oriented attitude.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Die Setter in an injection molding environment.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for machinery and startups.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role of Process Technician.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
