About Our ABA Clinic:

With a wealth of experience in pediatric therapy spanning over 30 years, LLA Therapy is dedicated to helping children shine brightly.

We prioritize effective communication, continuous mentorship, and collaboration across various therapeutic disciplines. Our professionals are equipped with the resources needed for success.
Position Details:
  • Clinic hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Specializing in intensive early intervention for ages 2
  • Target caseload of approximately 30 billable hours of consult
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct indepth functional behavior assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Train RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and families on clientspecific treatment and behavior strategies
  • Provide consistent supervision, guidance, and support to RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and fellows
  • Collaborate with various professionals such as physicians and school districts as necessary
  • Foster a safe and positive learning environment for clients and staff
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field from an accredited institution
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Current COBA certification in Ohio
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Completed FBI and BCI background check upon hire
  • Clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, autism, and child development
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and ability to handle pressure
