Description: The member level processor will be responsible for managing and address eligibility for our IFP On/Off Exchange membership. This includes working changes identified on electronic files, email requests, and completing work assigned from spreadsheets. The install processor will be required to utilize multiple systems as part of their process. These include Outlook, Teams, Facets, CalHEERs, and SAS along with other sources. During open enrollment and as inventory volumes dictate, team members may be asked to work overtime.
