AP SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • Prepare accounts payable checks.
  • AP Specialist reconciles vendor and manufacturer statements.
  • Process PO vouchers and invoices and obtain appropriate payment approval.
  • AP Specialist reconciles and posts company fuel and credit cards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • At least one year of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
  • MUST HAVE PROCESSED AT LEAST 300 INVOICES A WEEK.
  • Ability to work onsite in Antioch.
  • AP Specialist needs to be professional & have a positive attitude.
