The Senior Accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly and annual review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with treasury and banking needs
  • Prepare and post monthly closing journal entries
  • Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
  • Provide oversight and guidance to lower level staff
  • Monthly CAM reporting and annual CAM processing
  • Assist with audits schedules and needs
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements and implementations
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 3+ year's experience
  • High degree of proficiency with Excel and accounting software
  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills
