Job Summary

Novant Health Cancer Institute is seeking a medical oncologist to lead our GI Malignancy program in Charlotte, NC.

  • Position is located in a brand new multi-million dollar Cancer Institute building located in uptown Charlotte
  • We value clinical research and significant investment has been made to expand services including benign and malignant hematology, stem cell transplant, cellular therapy and integrative medicine for patient-centered care.
  • The applicant would join the existing specialists who are committed to providing the remarkable experience to our patients.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology
  • The prospective candidate should be comfortable working with colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, radiation/oncology and other GI specific subspecialists.
  • A strong interest in clinical research as well as experience in early phase (Phase I) clinical research preferred, but not mandatory for this position.
