*What the Billing Coordinator will do…

  • The Billing Coordinator will enter and code invoices for accounts payable.
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Reconcile cash receipts for 200 clients.
  • Assist with journal entries
  • Assist with special projects.
  • Assist in monthly closings.


Experience Preferred for the Billing Coordinator Role:

  • Experience in Billing, Accounts Payable, or related fields
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Solid computer skills
