ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Join a dynamic team as an AR Specialist at an esteemed family-owned distribution company right outside of Pittsburgh They are on the lookout for a highly skilled AR Specialist to take charge of crucial responsibilities that contribute to the success of the business.As an AR Specialist, you will work a Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4pm in a business casual work environment. Your friendly personality and strong communication skills are a must, ensuring seamless interactions with both team members and clients. This is a golden opportunity for local Pittsburgh area AR Specialists.
OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- handle high-volume cash application
- post payments with precision
- AR Specialist researches discrepancies
- reconcile accounts
- document AR processes
- act as back-up for the AP department
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- robust understanding of AR processes and cash application
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle AR
- experienced in high-volume environments
- AR Specialist must be proficient in Excel
- team player mentality
