My client is actively searching for an experienced and reliable construction superintendent. You will be running commercial, retail, and industrial builds all local to Kenosha.

  • Serve as a full general contractor & construction management firm
  • Projects range $1-30m, with average being $1-10m
  • Builds in the Commercial, Retail and Light Industrial sectors
  • Truly involved cradle to grave
  • Only do local projects

Description

  • Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve construction site issues promptly.
  • Manage material and equipment deliveries to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address technical challenges and optimize construction processes.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

Profile

  • 3+ years of construction experience
  • Willingness to become OSHA 30 Certified
  • Proficiency with construction site technologies
  • Trades background a huge plus
  • Experience as a leader (superintendent, foreman, etc)
