Qualifications:

  • Board-certified/eligible physician assistants.
  • Emergency medicine experience and the ability to see patients of all ages.
  • Strong work ethic, honesty, and a commitment to patient safety.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide care in a smaller, community-based hospital with a level III trauma designation.
  • Manage a variety of emergency cases, including triage and fast-track patients.
  • Collaborate closely with Sound's hospital medicine team to ensure a seamless transition of care.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary environment supported by 24/7 specialty coverage, including cardiology with a cath lab, general surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics with spine care, neurology (with telestroke support), psychiatry (with an on-site inpatient behavioral health unit), oncology, and nephrology with dialysis capabilities in the ICU.

  • Compensation: Full-time employment is 120 hours per month with an annual compensation of $154,810.
