We provide ongoing training and career advancements Come join our team21st Century Equipment, LLCJOB DESCRIPTIONJOB TITLE: Truck DriverREPORTS TO: Trucking CoordinatorWORKS CLOSELY WITH: Service ManagerJOB SUMMARY: Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. You may be asked to instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (listed in order of importance):Safely transport equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities; may also participate in custom hauling.Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts.Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy.Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties.Report daily to trucking coordinator for assignments.EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1+ years' experience as semi-trailer truck operator.High School Diploma or equivalent experience.SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:CDL LicensePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift 75lbs regularly.Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions from extreme heat to winter blizzard conditions.Must be able to mount, dismount and secure equipment to trailer in all weather conditions in a safe and secure manner.BENEFITS:Competitive PaySame day Pay (Tapcheck)BonusesProfit SharingTuition Reimbursement (80% of actual Tuition, Room, Board, and Books) - Recently graduated Service TechnicianTools (w/Snap-On Box) - Recently graduated Service TechnicianUniforms (Free laundry service)Laptop/Phone/Company Vehicle (position depending)Medical or HSA insuranceDental InsurancePrescription InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time Off401K (with company match)Parental LeaveMental Health CounselingPromotional and Transfer OpportunitiesOngoing TrainingWe will be accepting new applications and considering candidates for the duration of this ad posting.
