T his is a full time 12 hour night shift schedule , at our Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines. No call during the week or weekends except for holiday rotation. There is a bonus of $4K and a relocation incentive $3K to eligible new hires.

Join Scripps Green Hospital Surgery Team, which operates in 12 OR suites and sees 900 cases a month. The ideal candidate for the position will have 1 or more years of OR experience, including, but not limited to Ortho, General, Urology, Vascular and Spine. This is a busy and fast-paced environment which requires teamwork and cooperation to provide the highest level of patient care.
- Provides direct patient care within the scope of his/her practice.
- Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
- The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under his/her supervision.
- Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
Required Qualifications:
- One year of recent RN experience in the Operating Room (Circulating) or successful completion of Scripps' peri-operative training program or an approved external peri-operative training program
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current American Heart Association BLS provider certification
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
- 2 + years surgery experience preferred
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
Position Pay Range: $57.00-$81.60/hour
