PDS Tech Commercial Inc. is looking for a Structural Design Engineer II in the Everett, WA area for a temp to perm position.

Job Title: Structural Design Engineer II

Job Type: Full time; Consultant (6 Months; temp to perm )

Location: Everett, WA 98055 (onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM

Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering

  • 2 years' Experience

  • 2D/3D Experience

  • Must be a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CATIA or other CAD/3D drawing experience

  • Working with layouts/drawings

  • Design integration experience working with suppliers and global partners

Responsibilities:

  • Assists to develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish the system design

  • Develops, maintains, and modifies basic structural and interior payload system and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle

  • Performs tests to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications

  • Assists with supplier development, test, and production activities and coordination with the supplier to optimize the design and achieve program goals

Pay Details: $50.50 to $57.00 per hour
