Join our Physician-Led Primary Care team
Looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our busy clinic in Alton, Illinois- only 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis Join us at BJC Medical Group at Alton located on the campus of Alton Memorial Hospital .
Position Highlights:
- Well Established Group of Physicians
- Newly graduating residents and practicing physicians considered
- Outpatient Only Practice
- 36 Patient Facing Hours
- Possible 4-Day Work Week
- Clinic is in a free-standing medical office building on the hospital campus
- EPIC EMR

Alton Internal Medicine is located on the campus of Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Illinois.
Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Ensures optimal care and promotes safety of patients admitted to assigned service in cooperation with the private attending staff and nursing staff. Communicates with staff, patients, and families.
Responsibilities Manages the medical care of assigned patients.Collaborates with patients, families, and members of the health care team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.Performs and documents histories and physicals in the patient's medical record as required by hospital by-laws.Supervises and instructs medical students and residents assigned to service. Assists in the learning needs of residents and students as assessed. Minimum Requirements
Education Doctorate - Medicine Experience 2-5 years Supervisor Experience No Experience Licenses & Certifications Licensed PhysicianBenefits and Legal Statement
