Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Real Estate and Development company in their search for a Director of Finance. This person should have experience running an accounting and a finance department with progressive, extensive experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities of the Director of Finance include but are not limited to:

  • Run lender meetings including negotiating multifaceted loan agreements and all loan documents
  • High-level review and approval of monthly reporting package
  • Liaison with world-renowned investors to communicate status of investments
  • Oversight of finance and accounting for corporate entities
  • Financing assets including but not limited to loans and mortgages
  • Working closely with partners and investors
  • Develop procedures and models to allocate project costs
  • Review contracts and determine revenue recognition methodologies

Director of Finance requirements:

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA highly preferred
  • Real Estate experience required
  • Very strong excel skills
