Gelia is a top-15 B2B and B2C marketing agency on a mission to shake things up. Our clients range from Fortune 50 industrial companies to iconic automotive and healthcare brands, relying on us to create compelling, memorable campaigns. Were looking for an Associate Creative Director who can deliver the wow factor and then some.

What Were Looking For:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior art director/associate creative director role, preferably within an agency setting.

Portfolio: An exceptional, diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling, high-impact work across various platforms.

Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, etc.) is essential. Experience with project management tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Vision: A clear vision for the future, foreseeing trends and the ability to think strategically about creative direction

Leadership: Proven ability to lead creative teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Personality: A dynamic, energetic leader with a passion for creativity and a knack for problem-solving.

What Youll Do:

Lead the Creative Vision: Oversee the development of innovative concepts from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand strategy.

Create Impactful Work: Direct high-impact campaigns across various platforms, maintaining visual consistency and excellence.

Inspire and lead: Foster a collaborative environment where creativity thrives, managing creative teams and nurturing their growth.

Establish Trends: More than keeping your finger on the pulse of creative and industry standards, you have the vision to create breakthrough concepts and mix fresh ideas and techniques into our projects.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing creative solutions that exceed expectations and drive results.
