ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • Full cycle Accounts Payable
  • AP Specialist processes and reviews invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
  • Receiving and printing invoices
  • AP Specialist enters invoices into the ERP system
  • Manage the issuance of approximately 300 checks per month.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (in progress is acceptable).
  • Prior AP experience required
  • AP Specialist needs experience with ERP systems
  • Intermediate with Excel
