Deep understanding of accessibility principles.Proficiency in using motion design to enhance user experience.Expertise in UX Design tools (Figma preferred).A good grasp of development processes and technologies, though coding is not required.Comfortable with project management tools like Jira.Skilled in presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint).A user-centric approach to design, combining research, analytics, and empathy.Knowledge of current design patterns across various platforms and the judgment to deviate when necessary.Commitment to ongoing professional development. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adjust your message for different audiences.Independence and teamwork skills, adaptable to various working environments.Regular sharing of work progress to leverage team expertise.Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Will be 2-3 days onsite at one of the following locations:Irving, TX, Lawrenceville, NJ, New York City, NY, Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA
