The Opportunity
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine physicians.
- Current CA state license is a plus.
- Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply.
The Practice
Arrowhead Family Health Center - Fontana, California
- Arrowhead Family Medical Group, Inc is a medical group practice located in Fontana, CA that specializes in Family Medicine.
- Two procedure rooms, 30 exam rooms, and three consult rooms.
- Services offered at this facility include Preventative Medicine, Family Health Planning, Women's Health - OB/Gyn, well-child visits, Immunizations, and Patient Family Education.
