AP SPECIALIST Opportunity 

OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

Handle the end-to-end accounts payable process, from invoice receipt to payment issuance, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. 

AP Specialist dives into any AP discrepancies or issues that arise, working diligently to resolve them in a timely manner. ️‍♂️

Maintain excellent communication with our vendors, addressing inquiries, discrepancies, and ensuring a positive vendor relationship. 欄

Review and validate all AP entries for accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed. AP Specialist ensures that all payments are processed promptly and accurately, adhering to established schedules. ⏰

Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain a well-organized payment schedule. While not required, familiarity with CloudSuite and industrial software is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to excel in this role. Moderate experience in Excel is required; you should be comfortable navigating spreadsheets and data, although advanced skills like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are not mandatory. 欄

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

  • BA in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties & responsibilities specified.
  • Moderate experience with Excel.
  • Experience with Industrial software is a plus. 
