Duties

- Assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being to determine their occupational therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities, such as dressing, eating, and bathing
- Teach patients adaptive techniques and strategies to maximize their independence
- Provide guidance and support to patients' families and caregivers
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in a hospital or occupational health setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical imaging, ICU, acute care, critical care, and pediatrics
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
