As a Product UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually compelling interfaces for our groundbreaking blockchain and metaverse products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and developers, you will translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging designs that captivate users and drive adoption. Your expertise in UI/UX design combined with your understanding of blockchain and metaverse technologies will shape the future of digital experiences in the decentralized world.Responsibilities:Design visually appealing and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design, information architecture, and interaction designCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirements, user needs, and business goals for blockchain and metaverse productsConduct user research, market analysis, and competitor research to identify user pain points, preferences, and design opportunities within the blockchain and metaverse domainsCreate user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user flows and interactions, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiencesCollaborate closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions, providing design specifications and guidance throughout the development processStay up to date with the latest design trends, emerging technologies, and user preferences in the blockchain and metaverse space, integrating them into design solutions to create innovative and immersive digital experiencesWork closely with developers and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing support and clarifications during the development lifecycleActively contribute to design reviews, critiques, and brainstorming sessions, providing constructive feedback and ideas to enhance the overall design process and product qualityKeep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and design tools, sharing knowledge and insights with the design team and the organization as a wholeRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably working on blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), or metaverse productsStrong portfolio demonstrating a solid foundation in UI/UX design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and a keen eye for visual aestheticsProficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design softwareUnderstanding of blockchain technology, decentralized protocols, metaverse platforms, and their impact on user experiencesExperience with responsive design, mobile-first design principles, and designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, VR, AR)Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAbility to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create optimal design solutionsDetail-oriented mindset with a passion for pixel-perfect design, usability, and creating delightful user experiencesAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing iterative design processes and continuous improvementTHE PERKSDynamic and Multi-cultural work environment (15 nationalities and counting)Token and NFT incentive schemes provided by Animoca BrandsFlat company structure: your ideas get heard by the right people very quicklyCasual work attireOpportunity to get involved in working with various subsidiary brandsBenefits (Medical / Life / Transportation Allowances)Personal Information Collection Statement:Personal data provided by the Job Applicant will be used strictly in accordance with the Employer's Personal Data Policies, a copy of which will be provided immediately upon his/her request.
