Insight Global is assisting a health food manufacturer in the Swedesboro area of New Jersey in their search for a Technical Manager - this individual will be required to sit onsite. This position plays a pivotal role in coordinating with the production and maintenance teams by streamlining maintenance/production projects. The company is currently going through an increase in demand, which comes with growth within the company. This multinational organization is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in small/medium companies.
Responsibilities:
Determining the need of spare parts for new and existing machines
Determining and development of maintenance tasks
Responsible for development of maintenance plans based on manufacture recommendations, experience, learning and troubleshooting.
Update maintenance points, control of technical documentation and archivalstorage
Planning of the maintenance week with technical team, which includes maintenance technicians and a technical project manager
Internal contact for building services (air conditioning, heating, electricity, security and fire alarm)
Responsible for food safety and quality and reporting deviations to the key authority personnel.
Requirements:
- ERP Experience (Microsoft Navision preferred)
- Has leadership experience with teams of 5+ people
- 3+ years of project management experience (leading the development of building expansions or production line projects)
- 5 years of experience in a maintenance, production, or industrial role
Salary: $110,000k $125,000k with $10k MBO Bonus
Duration: Direct hire
Targeted Start Date: August 19th
