Job Description: Provides technical evaluation in the processing and diagnostic study of the cells of the human body in detection of malignancy or other abnormal conditions. Evaluates and reports negative specimens.

Required Skills: 1. Proficient in performance of cytology procedures and familiar with cytology equipment.
2. Familiar in use of personal computers and anatomic pathology software.
3. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Required Experience: A. Work Experience:
6 months recent experience in cytology preferred.

B. License/Registration/Certification:
Certified or registered as a cytotechnologist with A.S.C.P., N.C.A. or equivalent.

C. Education and Training:
Bachelor degree in clinical science preferred.
