Nurse Managers help patients by managing the nurses who care for them. While these nurses are mainly responsible for recruitment and retention of the nursing staff and overseeing them, they also occasionally collaborate with doctors on patient care, and help assist patients and their families when needed. As a Nurse Manager, you’ll wear many hats, acting as a liaison between the healthcare facility, physician groups and the nursing staff.

OneStaff Medical Job ID #. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Posted job title: RN MANAGER 5 x 8 Day shifts. Monday through Friday from 7:30-5 or 8:00 to 5. with the possibility of 48 hours. OT must be approved by CEO. will be responsible for picking up 2-4 shifts per month to stay in touch with Nursing Staff.
