Sr Financial Analyst - Professional Liability Lines
P&C Insurance is REQUIRED
Hybrid work week - 2 in
Assisting another recruiter on this one and looking to identify a promotion- minded insurance accountant with a solid GAAP and SAP accounting background. A CPA isn't required, but work toward the certification with a promise date of completion is. Superb retirement plan and other great benefits are available. Reports to a VP. This is an immediate need and promises to be a quick hire.
Requirements:
1. An understanding of insurance operations, loss reserving, investment accounting and reinsurance contracts is required to qualify.
2. Four-year degree is required.
3. Retirement plan accounting will be a plus.
4. Professional liability carrier experience is a plus.
5. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a P&C carrier or hospital/care center is targeted.
6. Audit engagement lead in a public accounting firm will be a plus.
