Production Control Asst

· A hardware representative type role, predominately focused on working on the shop floor.

· Understanding Client's flow within work centers on the shop floor and production.

· The ideal candidates will be responsible for releasing work orders, prioritizing, and expediting work through the shop, which will require a lot of coordination and communication with multiple functions.

· Able to do Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.

· Keeps records of number of units shipped and number of jobs in production. Statuses and expedites work orders through manufacturing facility.

· May prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority.

· May review stock records, consumption figures, and detail schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.

· May prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment. Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.
