Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center is excited to welcome new talent to our exceptional team.
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to deliver top-notch care and ensure the safety of our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, and executing other tasks as directed by the Director of Nursing.
Additionally, you will offer guidance and support to nursing assistants, fostering a collaborative environment.
New Graduates Encouraged to Apply:
This role is available on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with weekend rotations. Enjoy a shift differential of $2.00 per hour.
Sign-On Bonuses:
- $10,000 for Full-Time positions
- $5,000 for Part-Time positions
- New employee referral bonuses up to $3,000 per person (based on the bonus structure and employee type)
