What You Will Do:
  • Manage quality related long-term planning, analytics and metrics
  • Manage customer service requests and selection
  • Develop gap analysis and action plans to continually improve Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement events while instilling quality culture
  • Develop and deploy Layered Process Audits System
  • Participate and/or lead quality corrective action process by ensuring containment, corrective actions and poke-yoke implementation
  • Build Quality Competencies and capabilities through influence
  • Acquire, develop, retain, manage talent at the individual and team level
What You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 4 years of progressive professional manufacturing/operations experience (preferably in multiple manufacturing functions).
  • Ability to understand the needs of internal and external customers, the business and the competitive landscape
  • Solid understanding of QMS (Quality Management Systems)
  • Ability to develop strategic plans, manage performance of a business function, and lead projects independently
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and to interact with all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects, and incorporate manufacturing principles
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven ability to own an initiative and drive successful results for multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
