Fancy Apartments is keen on hiring an effective Real Estate Agent Apartment Locator to play a vital role in the growth of our sales team. Our Apartment Locators focus on growing the Fancy Apartments brand by helping clients find apartments across Houston.Ideal candidates will be responsible for calling, sending apartment listings, following up, touring, and leasing warm leads provided by the company along with contributing to our weekly market survey to gain market knowledge, participating in weekly meetings, sales training, gathering marketing content, software training, and collaborating with our sales team & sales team manager.The candidate will have strong apartment-locating experience, a background in real estate and sales, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
