About Us: Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to enhance our expanding nursing team.

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to deliver exceptional care and ensure the safety of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering IVs and medications
  • Monitoring residents' vital signs
  • Providing guidance and support to nursing assistants

We are pleased to offer a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions.

Work Schedule: This role is available in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities, with rotating weekend shifts.

Shifts Available: Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Compensation Details: Pay is based on experience, with an additional $2.00 Shift Differential for PM shifts and $1.00 for Night shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Genuine passion for working with the elderly
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Willingness to work rotating weekends
