If making a positive impact in the lives of others is a constant on your to-do list — you’ll LOVE working with a team that puts people first.   Mosaic is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team   In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.   Who will love this job:

What YOU’LL Do:
  • Coordinate physician and health care services for people served
  • Conduct health care assessments and write health care plans
  • Facility training and orientation of new staff regarding healthcare procedures
  • Provide on call assistance to staff as needed
SCHEDULE: 40 hours, 2-10pm and every 3rd weekend rotating holidays. Position located in Grand Island.What YOU’LL Need:
  • State license required in nursing, Associate degree preferred
  • Valid Drivers license
  • 1-2 years general nursing experience – if new grad will need at least 3 years experience as CNA/Med Aide - NEW GRADUATES WELCOME
  • Ability to push, pull, lift/transfer at least 50 pounds
