This position is responsible for managing a caseload of clients by conducting conferences with clients and attorneys to establish and enforce support orders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct and mediate support conferences by accurately applying federal, state, and local rules to issue court orders;Prepare recommendations to the Court to establish, modify, and enforce support orders for children and spouses;Analyze financial data and perform layered mathematical calculations in accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure;Identify delinquent cases and take appropriate case management action; present cases before the Court;Attend training sessions and workshops;Electronically collect legal documents, wage data, and confidential related case detailsPerform such related tasks as may be assigned.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
