Title: CIP Operator
Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Salary: $19.67 per hour

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning circuits, set up, and pipe swings; monitor CIP circuits and document parameters
  • Maintain chemical equipment and deliver chemicals as requested
  • Clean drains, traps, and caps as scheduled and required
  • Perform standardized cleaning procedures with caustic and cleaning chemicals; complete parts changeover as needed
  • Inspect all areas to ensure AIB standards are met and report any concerns to management
  • Monitor and inspect color code program for buckets and cleaning tools
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule and perform additional tasks such as checking chlorine levels, assisting with pest control, and cream tank maintenance
  • Complete assigned MSS tasks for daily, weekly, and monthly duties in Redzone
  • Perform Kosher boil outs as scheduled, if applicable
  • Report food safety and quality problems to relevant personnel
Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • LO/TO, Chemical, HAACP, HECP, and Chemical training required
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, beard net (if applicable), Kevlar gloves, safety glasses, and leather skid-resistant work shoes/boots
  • Ability to wear additional PPE such as chemical suits, boots, and face shield while completing the CIP circuit
  • Proficiency in computer skills, communication, math functions, and reasoning
  • Previous experience working with chemicals required
  • Proficient in assembling pumps, mills, and piping configurations
  • Forklift and scissor lift training required for chemical transport and overhead tasks
