2. Covering DS M role in territories without an active DSM or while DSMs are unavailable.
3. Generating project takeoffs and creating eQuote scopes from drawings, specifications, and engaging the builder.
4. Traveling with the DSMs to assist with builder recruitment, project meetings and box-by-box reviews.
5. Develop and maintain sales strategy and setting expectations with our builders to ensure equal business stature.
6. Multi-tasking between projects, scheduling, pricing, phone & email correspondence. 
7. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

1. A strong commitment to safety in all job aspects.
2. 2 years ‘’ experience in Metal Building, Construction, or Construction related field.
3. Ability to interpret Architectural and Structural Drawings.
4. Willingness and ability to travel to builders’ offices and job sites, possibly on short notice.
   1. Required to have and keep a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
5. Highly motivated, extremely competitive, Can-Do-Attitude and passionately Find-A-Way to be successful.

Technical Associates Degree or Bachelor’s in Business, Construction, or Engineering related fields
