We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist contract services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their communication skills and quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work in various settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and acute care facilities.

Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders

- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients

- Provide speech therapy services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics

- Administer standardized testing to evaluate patients' progress

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Work with patients in intensive care units (ICU) to address communication challenges

- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge in treatment sessions

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

- State licensure as a Speech Therapist

- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred

- Knowledge of pediatric speech therapy techniques

- Ability to perform standardized testing and interpret results effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
