A Public Relations Specialist role is now available through The Keller Group. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home position, however candidates must be within a couple of hours driving distance to Phoenix, AZ to attend meetings and events as needed.Our client is a highly respected organization that has received many awards and accolades for its PR and content campaigns. The Public Relations Specialist is being added to the team due to growth and increased workload for the new year (2024). The company offers a flexible, supportive and collaborative culture with a mix of tenured employees and recent hires that joined for growth opportunities and visibility within a reputable organization.Public Relations Specialist Job Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: PR (national, regional & local), Account Management, Marketing Communications, Social Media, and Project ManagementPartner with clients to understand their business objectives and goalsServe as a consultative partner to clients in terms of marketing and PR strategy and campaign executionPitch local, national, and trade mediaDevelop articles, press releases, media communications, case studies, press kits, white papers, brochures, scripts for video and speeches, etc.Create compelling and strategic award and speaking nominationsAct as a creative resource to drive content strategy and copywriting across all key marketing platformsDesign and execute campaigns across digital media, content, lead generation, paid social, etc.Assist with project management in ensuring proper scope of all projects and client budgets and deadlines are exceeding client expectationsRegularly meet with internal team and clients to report on campaign performance, analytics and ROI, etc.Lead discovery and brainstorm meetings with internal teams and partners stay up to date on all industry trends, etc.Continue to foster and grow relationships with clients and identify potential areas of growth and opportunityPublic Relations Specialist Job Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism, Comm, or related field of studyMinimum 3 years of professional PR experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing and/or PR and marketing agencyExposure to working with clients across a variety of industries: B2B, B2C, healthcare, financial services, legal, professional services, etc.Experience in PR and Media Relations + local, regional, and national experienceProficient in AP Style + Cision for media list development & researchStrong project management and account management skills - preferably using PM systems such as Trello, etc.Proven experience in a client-facing role, managing accounts, and relationshipsA great storyteller who excels at developing compelling pitches, press releases, newsletters, etc.Portfolio that offers diverse collection of work samples + successful PR placements, etc.If interested in the Public Relations Specialist position, please apply now Resumes and writing samples must be available for immediate consideration.
