Help at Home also offers strong career path possibilities for those employees who are committed to growing within the organization.ResponsibilitiesPerforms general office duties which may include, but are not limited to:Greeting office visitorsResponding to phone inquiriesFiling and record retention (starting new files, thinning charts, closing out discharged files)Fax managementSupply requisitionProcessing incoming and outgoing mail/e-mailPerforms skilled administrative tasks which may include, but are not limited to: Accessing or administering systems that organize our dataCaregiver onboarding and orientation assistanceCaregiver compliance tracking and updatingAssistance with caregiver/client schedulingData entry into company database systemsCoordinating materials and scheduling for meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other activitiesAlways maintains the confidentiality of client, caregiver, and agency informationMay be required to be on-callMinimum Qualifications High school diploma or GEDSome college-level education preferredAt least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant or in a relevant role that included clerical and/or office workProfessional oral and written communication skillsProficient computer skillsValid driver's licenseAccess to insured and reliable transportationPersonnel Specialists must comply with state background screening requirements.
