Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Oncology department at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center. You will work in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with other Physicians and APPs within the department in primarily an inpatient setting. As such, you can expect to see cases involving solid tumors, both benign and malignant hematology as well as perform various procedures including bone marrow biopsies. An ideal candidate will be comfortable with General Medical Oncology as well as malignant and benign hematology.   • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Inpatient only, no weekend and no call
  • Collaborative and multidisciplinary environment
  • Prior Oncology and Hospitalist Medicine experience is preferred but not required
  • 2 years clinical experience providing care to Oncology patients as an advanced practice provider preferred
  • New graduates with significant Oncology nursing experience are also welcome to apply
  • The cancer center has been accredited by the following bodies: The Commission on Cancer (The COC); The Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI); The National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC); The National Accreditation Program for Breast Cancer (NAPBC); The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Accreditation Program for Excellence (APEx)
  • Compensation is between $125,999 and $162,872 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

The Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center is one of the premier cancer care and clinical research centers in Eastern Washington. With a focus on quality care, the cancer center is the only center in Washington State that holds five national cancer accreditations. It provides patients access to full-spectrum cancer services with a medical oncology clinic, infusion center, radiation oncology, surgical services, palliative care, genetics and a robust menu of supportive care services and clinical trials.
