Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: * Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. * BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. * Case Manager credentialed from the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) preferred.
