ABOUT DOT.CARDS

dot.cards is building the platform for what happens after people connect in the real world. We began by making it effortless to share a digital profile with a tap. With 2.5M+ devices sold and 100M+ in-person connections facilitated, we now have a rare foundation: consumer scale, real-world distribution, and direct insight into how people connect.

Our next chapter is to turn that foundation into a configurable software platform. Reusable building blocks, including profiles, contact exchange, payments, messaging, booking, data capture, digital credentials, analytics, and integrations, will power focused products for different cohorts and industries. The opportunity spans individuals, teams, events, businesses, and the physical places where connections happen, with hardware and software working together as one seamless experience. We are a revenue-backed, fast-growing company based in Los Angeles, and this role will help define the product category we become.

THE ROLE

We are hiring our first Head of Product to lead this evolution. You will work closely with our Founder & CEO, executive team, and Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape the long-term vision, understand where dot.cards can create the greatest customer value, and turn that opportunity into a focused portfolio strategy and roadmap.

You will bring an independent product perspective, deep customer understanding, and strong strategic judgment to the partnership. Together, you will turn ambitious ideas and market insight into clear priorities, a coherent platform, and products customers love. You will lead product across our consumer platform, Profile Plus subscription, dot.Teams, connected hardware experiences, and new software opportunities.

This is a high-impact builder role with meaningful influence over company strategy, product craft, organizational design, and the direction of dot.cards. You will stay close to customers and the product details that matter while building a product organization capable of operating at greater scale. Experience with connected hardware is valuable, but exceptional software product judgment and systems thinking are most important.

  • Instrument important journeys, establish a strong post-launch learning cadence, and use evidence to decide what to improve, scale, or stop

  • Own the customer and business impact of the portfolio, including activation, time to value, engagement, conversion, retention, adoption, and expansion

  • Grow software into a standalone engine for the business while improving the path from every device purchase to activation, repeated value, and subscription adoption
