Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct diagnostics and perform repairs on heavy equipment.
  • Maintain vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment in proper condition.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to professional standards.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations during assignments.
  • Accurately complete required reports and forms associated with work tasks.
  • Track all work time and materials used during assignments.
  • Travel to on-site locations as needed to service customer-owned equipment.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years performing service and engine repairs on heavy construction equipment including excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders, etc.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Skilled in performing repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and equipment according to technical manuals.

  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Certifications/Education:

    • Basic Service Technician certification preferred.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Other: Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostics.
