**NEW GRADUATES WELCOME** **NEW NURSING WAGES**   If making a positive impact in the lives of others is a constant on your to-do list — you’ll LOVE working with a team that puts people first.   Mosaic is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team   In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.     Who will love this job:

What YOU’LL Do:
  • Coordinate physician and health care services for people served
  • Conduct health care assessments and write health care plans
  • Facility training and orientation of new staff regarding healthcare procedures
  • Provide on call assistance to staff as needed

SCHEDULE:  

1. Nights, 11pm-7a part time 20 hrs/week, every other weekend, rotating holidays RN OR LPN

2. Evenings, 3-11pm full time 40 hrs/week, would work every 3rd weekend and rotating holidays 1 RN and 1 LPN needed

 

WAGE: LPN - $25-$27 / RN - $30-$35 an hour based on experience

What YOU’LL Need:

  • State license required in nursing - single state or compact, Associates degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of general nursing experience – If a new grad would need at least 3 years of CNA/Med Aide experience NEW GRADUATES WELCOME 
  • Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
  • Valid Driver's license
