Summary

The focus of the Senior Associate position is making connections with clients and colleagues and motivating and inspiring them to achieve their goals. The work involves driving toward results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others. While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact others is essential. The Senior Associate role has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the position requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new people. The ability to understand, quickly react, and motivate others to adapt to the changing environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating experienced attorney.

Who We Are

Atlanta Family Law Groups attorneys practice exclusively divorce and family law, because we believe that we are our best and do our best by committing our focus an inch wide and a mile deep. We work with clients across the Atlanta Metro area, with the occasional out of Metro case. Salary and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. The compensation package includes base salary plus bonus compensation for production, performance, and client referrals. We are also open to discussing compensation for your existing book of business. We offer a generous benefits package including a 401K retirement plan with an employer contribution, health insurance and paid time off. We also pay for continuing legal education and bar dues.
